Venue Rental 6 hours

Service Description

We require a 50% non refundable deposit to hold date and time. Rental comes with 6-8 table rounds or 6 6ft rectangular tables, 50-85 chairs, bluetooth speaker, central ac and heat. We allow decor, food, Dj, alcohol with a bartender and catering in the venue. We ask that you use chafing dishes to keep the food warm for serving. ( At this time we do not have a kitchen but we have a room that can be used for food prep and serving). The only limitation is we do not allow taco man to cook inside . Deposit is non refundable but it is added to your final balance. There is a parking lot on the side of the unit, in the back and ample amount of street parking. We do have catering and decor services available and it comes with a consultation first to make sure we can design the perfect menu and decorations for you and your guest. *Capacity 85 people Thank you. Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable. You Have 60 days to reschedule under the same deposit.
